Prenatal and Perinatal Group Accompaniment
Sacred Birth Education is a group accompaniment for expectant parents who wish to experience pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as a conscious, respectful path deeply connected to the soul.
Designed as a circle of transmission and support, this space offers much more than simple information about birth. These courses are a conscious creation of the continuum between the child and the parent(s) — a living bond, woven even before birth, that supports attachment, emotional security, and trust from the very first moments of life.
In this collective setting, the body, heart, emotions, and spiritual dimension are honored equally. The group creates a safe and nurturing field, where each person can be welcomed in their experience, supported by the presence of others and through deep listening.
The accompaniment is structured in exploration units, each addressing an essential dimension of the birth journey. These units can be experienced separately or as a complete path, and follow the natural rhythm of pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum integration.
Throughout the units, participants are invited to:
Each unit draws on guided workshops, body and intuitive practices, sharing circles, and simple rituals, to offer an experience that is educational, sensitive, and transformative.
Sacred Birth Education is an invitation to journey together, in the strength of the group, to consciously weave the continuum between the child and the parent(s), and to welcome birth with presence, trust, and consciousness — for the baby, for the parents, and for the family being born.
The journey is structured in three complementary cycles, following the natural rhythm of birth: preparing inwardly, crossing the passage of childbirth, and integrating motherhood after birth.
The first cycle lays the foundations of conscious parenting, fostering grounding, body listening, and the creation of the continuum between the child and the parent(s). The bond with the baby is woven from pregnancy onward, in presence, trust, and emotional security.
The second cycle accompanies birth preparation as a rite of passage. It supports the body, breath, and inner state, while including the partner in the co-creation of a safe and conscious birth space.
The third cycle is dedicated to after-birth. It accompanies the integration of motherhood, the bond with the newborn, and the unification of the woman and the mother, in a time of gentleness, support, and recognition.
Throughout the journey, the workshops weave together singing, voice and sound, movement and dance, poetry, artistic creation and intuitive writing, guided visualizations and meditation. These practices foster expression, presence, and deep listening, and support the connection to inner wisdom, the parental bond, and the baby’s soul.
Through group workshops, sensitive practices, and simple rituals, this journey invites you to experience birth as a sacred, relational, and deeply human path.
Opening the Path, Creating the Bond
Cycle One accompanies expectant parents at the very beginning of the birth journey, where inner space opens to welcome life. It lays the foundations for a pregnancy lived in consciousness, presence, and trust.
This cycle invites you to slow down, to connect to the body as a living temple, and to listen to the inner movements that accompany the arrival of a child. It supports the woman in anchoring her gentle power, in recognizing her feelings, and in welcoming the emotions, sometimes contradictory, that may emerge throughout pregnancy.
At the heart of this cycle, the continuum between the child and the parent(s) is woven. The relationship with the baby’s soul is honored from the first moments, through intuitive listening, presence, and opening of the heart. The bond is created before birth, as a living thread of trust, security, and love.
Cycle One also allows for releasing fears, beliefs, and inheritances around motherhood and birth. It offers a space to understand, feel, and transform, so that pregnancy becomes a path of alignment rather than a period of tension.
This cycle is an invitation to enter motherhood with consciousness, to prepare inwardly for birth, and to lay the foundations of a deep and respectful bond with the child to come.
Crossing the Passage in Consciousness
Cycle Two accompanies birth preparation as a rite of passage, a threshold to cross with presence, trust, and inner commitment. It supports parents in exploring the physical, emotional, and symbolic dimensions of childbirth.
This cycle invites you to connect to breath, body, and inner resources that support the passage of birth. It allows you to understand the stages of the birthing process while developing a posture of welcoming, letting go, and cooperation with the body and baby.
The place of the partner and the couple is fully honored. Cycle Two supports the co-creation of the birth field, where each person finds their right posture: presence, protection, support, and trust. The bond between parents strengthens in service of welcoming the child.
Space is also dedicated to regulating fears, calming the mind, and opening to the sacred dimension of birth. Sounds, voice, vibration, and rituals become allies to accompany the passage and support inner security.
Cycle Two prepares you to experience birth not as an event to control, but as an experience to traverse, in listening, consciousness, and connection — for the baby, for the mother, for the couple.
Being Born Mother, Again and Again
Cycle Three accompanies the woman in the after-birth, where motherhood is embodied day by day and where the bond with the baby is woven in presence, gentleness, and the long time.
This cycle offers a safe space to traverse postpartum as a time apart, sensitive and foundational. It invites you to slow down, to welcome fatigue, emotions, and vulnerability, while recognizing the silent power of this period. The mother is supported in normalizing her experience, so that she feels neither alone nor helpless in the face of the profound adjustments of after-birth.
At the heart of this cycle is the creation of the bond with the newborn. Through conscious presence, touch, gaze, and voice, the mother-baby relationship unfolds as a living language. The mother learns to read her child’s needs, to offer emotional security and continuity, while strengthening her own confidence.
Cycle Three also supports the emergence of the intuitive mother. It encourages detachment from external pressures to return to one’s feelings, inner wisdom, and unique way of being a mother. The woman’s gentle sovereignty is honored, respected, and nourished.
Space is devoted to integrating the transformation experienced. The woman is invited to unify her different facets, to recognize the path traveled, and to fully welcome the new identity taking shape: that of the woman-mother, whole and alive.
The cycle closes with a ritual time, dedicated to anchoring love, gratitude, and continuity of the bond. This moment allows for symbolically transmitting to the child what has been lived and establishing a foundation of trust for the continuation of the family journey.
Cycle Three is an invitation to honor after-birth as a sacred passage, to care for the mother as much as the baby, and to weave, day by day, a deep, conscious, and loving bond.
